This ordering hub does not ask you to enter medical, payment, or identification information. When you choose a test, you continue to a separate secure order portal that has its own privacy practices.
If you call, text, or email us, Lab Testing Solutions uses the information you provide to answer your request and support your order. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive test details through ordinary email.
We may use basic service logs and referral tags to understand which pages and buttons are working. We do not sell information collected on this website.
